Nokian Eden is a concentration of well-being at the mouth of the Nokianvirta on the shores of Lake Pyhäjärvi. In a great place you will find a hotel and spa complex renovated in 2020 where wellness services are combined with active mobility with wellness treatments and restaurants.

The traditional gym was renovated and expanded in connection with the renovation and was renamed EdenGym. The gym is intended for all movers and athletes. You can just pop in the gym or come there with time and combine it with a recovery in the sauna and spa department and with excellent restaurant dishes. Both local travelers and hotel guests enjoy the gym.

Safety instructions for the corona

You have certainly followed the news of the COVID-19 epidemic and how and where it is spreading.

For safety reasons, we have developed safety instructions that we ask you to follow in our gym to ensure your safety and reduce the risk of infection.

Thank you very much for taking these things into account:

• Good hand hygiene
• Please wear hand gloves in our gym before and after your workout
• Please clean the equipment you are using with the cleaning agent in the spray bottle before and after use
• Avoid touching your face unless your hands are clean
• Avoid hugging and shaking hands
• To optimize your health, please make sure you get enough rest, sleep, exercise and eat healthily
• When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or handkerchief and make sure you leave the middle of the person.
• Remember to keep a safe distance with your trainers
• Don’t come to the gym with the flu

If you have symptoms, it is very important to test yourself and take care of quarantine on your own.

It is important to take care of testing and self-quarantine even if someone close to you is infected.
